Totally discussed I have had £44.99 debited from my account over the weekend! I have not applied for a loan and have no knowledge of this company. I have tried to contact the company to be put on hold for 40 minutes plus or calls put down. My Bank Lloyds were helpful at the weekend and have blocked my debit card; however yesterday on phoning again were the complete reverse and will not accept this as fraud because i had one payday loan several years ago! I have expressed my concern that this company has my debit card number which I do not not divulge to anyone and am not reassure of the safety of my account. I am so incensed that i have reported this to the Police and also reported this to Sam Dunn,Deputy Editor, Money Mail at the Daily Mail. Fortunately I am in a comfortable position that this loss does not effect me but reading the problem this has caused others on here i am incensed and very annoyed at Lloyds disinterested at stopping fraud from their customers accounts.
