They sent me a fake bag that sinks of RUBBER, not leather. It did NOT look like the picture, it was stamped initials in circles.
They said you can get a full refund. They finally gave me the address where i was to return it. It got as far as the Post office in China, and that was the end. These jerks picked it up from that post office, so it appeared it never went back to the merchant. SLICK !!
It is now 4 months later and they REFUSE to give my money back. They are located in China so BEWARE !!!!!!!
Do NOT do business with them !!!! LIARS !!!!
