I went to Chase Bank's website and a link that stated Help For Homeowner's, clicked on the link and was given a phone number of 800-544-6290. I called it James told me that I had to have my finances evaluated and they would get back to me. I was told that they are working with the government and there would be a fee. I was also told that I should not make anymore mortgage payments because they are going to modify my mortgage. I had to sign a Legacy Holding Group financial agreement and set up payments to be taken directly out of my checking account. I have copies of various emails from various people stating that they needed my bank statements, and other personal informaiton in order to modify my mortgage. I had been contact by Robert Reyes and was told that my modification is still in review. After my last payment was made to them I tried to call them and they did not return my call.

Attached here is the email I received after I was able to leave a message for them:

just letting you know. The company is out of business - contact your bank, claim fraud and get your money back! They have a reserve set amount for just that. I am very upset about this and letting all clients know this! Unfortunately this company is a scam. I will not be contacting you again.
