I have spoken to one of the customer service assistants this morning on the phone as I'm looking into getting a kitchen from this company and was informed you no longer need to make appointments to view the showroom it's open daily during the times advertised on their website, everything seems genuine upto now and the person I spoke to was friendly I'm waiting for a sales assistant to phone me back this afternoon and I'm going to the show room myself on Sunday to have a look at a few types.
