This site is totally fake, they have mention on the site that if they will not find any unlock code then they will refund back its more than 4 month , they did not provide the lock, even they refuse to give back money totally fake .........i lost my 40 euro

You have bought a Pre-Order, not an unlock. Most networks we can unlock but for those we cannot at a given time we sell Pre-Orders. Once unlocking resumes for that network (it’s offline worldwide) you will be informed. I can assure you as soon as the carrier is unlocking handsets we will be the first to know as we work directly with them.

We cannot supply a refund for the Pre-Orders as there is cost associated with them that we cannot recoup this is clearly indicated on the home page of the website, our new management is allowing us to offer as a good will gesture company credits on future unlock requests.
