I played BigFish casino, I made 3 purchases of 1.99, 4.99 & 4.99 on numerous occasions they would take random amounts from my account without my knowledge or authorization. Prior to my even being aware of this, I contacted customer service regarding wins that I did not receive. (Real money spent. When I was only asking for what I rightfully won on fake chips and they only responded once, they issued me a partial credit of gaming chips) when the same issues continued. I continued to take pictures (screen shots) of all of the improper pay outs and wins I received. This is something that happens to thousands of players daily. Often I would log in and my chips would be missing. After I contacted them and became frustrated at their lack of customer service and my sending them picture proof of their servers mistakes. (Example- wrong payouts when a big win would be hit. They would short you. Several times when NOTHING WOULD HIT, They would issue a payout. Just as proof that their servers were not correct as their formatted emails stated. Once they saw I would not let the issues go. As I was owed over 100 million playing chips. I then started having various amounts billed to my credit card, when I contacted them regarding the financial mistakes, and insisted my money be refunded for what I did not authorize, I was ignored. I was ignored long before that because they did not want to issue me playing chips. As they prefer you spend your money to play... I've been treated so unfairly when I have all the proof that they owes me playing chips, they just ignored me. When it came to actual funds that I did not use to make purchases (I would never after how I was treated.) they continued to ignore me. I demanded a phone number, a supervisor, and my money refunded, I still to date have not heard back one word. And another charge to my account appeared today, I've uninstalled this app. However. I asked they delete my information and they will not. They refuse to work with me in any way, and now are just taking more and more money from me. My credit card company is investigating the company due to the unethical and basically their stealing money from thousands of people. To date they've taken 182.82 from me without me purchasing anything. And will not reply to my correspondence. There is no number to reach a rep at. When I wrote on Facebook the truth and posted the pics of how they pay out wrongful amounts. They blocked me. I've now had also have iTunes investigate the matter seeing big fish will not acknowledge their wrong doings in regarding any of my issues. They blocked me from telling the truth, so they can continue taking advantage of people who are not aware of what goes on. My photos are countless showing they pay out wrong and now I can no longer show others the truth. However. If I wanted to make a purchase. They sure haven't bothered to make any of their wrongs right. And are scamming innocent people who want to play a game. I've never in my life saw a business who gets away with this. And as long as I can type. They will not.
Them blocking me from posting any further posts rather then just taking the pictures down. Because they know there is no arguing it.
Who must I contact to get my money and to be heard. This is ridiculous.
