I went to the site to check it out. I went in to register as thats the only way you can get in. I thought I was registering for FREE because thats what the headline said"FREE". I had to give my credit card information just to try to bid. I didn't like that idea but hey, I just wanted to see what it was all about. I bid on a few things(they say I bid 135 times) to see what things they even had to bid on. THREE DAYS LATER, I was charged $99 for my bidding. I tried to get in to the site to see what I had bid on that was costing me the $99. I couldn't access the account. I had forgotten my password. I clicked on where it says "forgot password". They said information would be sent to my email. It's 2 days later and STILL havent received the "forgot password email". I used the "chat now" and spoke with Anna. She informed me I couldnt get a refund. She gave me a phone # to call. I called, he(forgot his name) stated I couldnt get a refund. I told him I couldnt even get into the site. That I was still waiting for my reply email from "forgot password". He apologized and gave me an email address to register a complaint. I sent them an email, they sent a reply saying they would look into the problem and get back with me, I waited 12 hours before the next reply. Just for them to say Sorry you wont get a refund. What a shady company....first, they hide that you will be charged JUST FOR ENTERING...second, they wait 3 days BEFORE they bill you and third, the only way you can talk to them is thru an email that you cant reply to.
