I booked a travel voucher whrein Vacations Gateway mentioned in the call that they will send the Gift (Laptop)along with the welcome kit but now refused to do so and even not refunding the money Back.Wheneever i call them a new person comes in and say different story and nexttime when i call and ask for same person they reply that the there is no person by this name.
