My complaint is with the "third party" company that handles HCA's orders. None of three representatives I tried to spaek with would listen to a word I said. One, Kristin, hung up twice. As did Laura, once. As did a "supervisor" named Joe. Initially a woman named Jodi called me )from 925-273-6240 repeatedly over several days, after I made a simple, no obligation online inquiry about Garcinia Cambogia. She wouldn't give up trying to sell me the stuff, so I agreed to a free trial bottle. She mentioned a program of some sort after that -- THAT I DID NOT AGREE TO. She gave me a # to call, "just in case." 888-294-4134. That #, I discovered today, is not in service. So I called the number on the packing slip: 888-534-3598. Each "customer service rep" insisted I had to agreed to buy two more bottles at half price. I DID NOT. My efforts to tell them that resulted in a hang-up each time. Nor would any of them tell me the name of their company. "We're a third party whatever." I would like both HCA & this company, and these specific employees investigated. I did not agree to pay anything for anything, ever. Period. If the whole thing wasn't a scam, I wouldn't have had this extremely negative experience. Thank you, Stephen H. Koehler, E.
