Their products featured in a pop up from another site. It said free sample just pay packaging/shipping. I did the products arrived no problem, A few weeks later I noticed charges on my account I didnt recognise and saw it was this company. I rang them and the woman refused to believe me and basically said i was lying. I told her the products were unopened still sealed i would send them back. she said no. I asked to speak to her superior she refused. Eventually she put the phone down. I rang again and pretty much the same thing happened , Nothing but con artists! Do not order from this company!

- Same thing happened to me. Nowhere in the pop up ad does it give the cost. It did not make clear that they would keep billing nor did they advise that when they sent the product. I was surprised when they didn't follow up to ask me what I felt about the product and ask me if I wanted to order more. That became clear when more product arrived unsolicited and money was taken from my account. I rang and complained to 'Carol' and eventually she promised to refund about half. I'll wait to see if the refund arrives.
