They sent me the wrong bag. I ordered a cloth bag and they shipped me a stiff, plastic bag then tried to convince me that the bag they sent was similar to the one I ordered. I informed them that they cannot just arbitrarily send me any bag because the one I ordered is out of stock. They suggested that I send the bag back and they will exchange the bag out for me. Essentially, I think they gave me a bogus return address because the USPS website has not updated my tracking in almost 2 months. I have repeatedly emailed the company and they tell me there's nothing they can do until they receive this garbage bag they originally sent me. Honestly I don't they will and if they do they will probably send me back a box of rocks and say the joke is on me! Stay away! Stay away! Stay away! I should have known this company was a scam when Western union would not process my transfer until they had a phone number and/or birthdate on record for this company. Don't fall victim and don't let the cheap prices fool you. it will cost you sorely! SCAM!!!!!! SCAM!!!!SCAM!!!!!! Even Bigger SCAM!!!!!!
