while completing a survey for CVS a pop up appeared that stated Thanks for completing survey you are entitled to one free gift. I selected Green Coffee Bean extract. Because I thought I was on CVS Site I entered my credit card information for the $4.95 shipping fee. I have received three packages and was charged $87.00 per bottle of Green Bean Extract. I receive no voucher or shipping paper. I have now placed a stop payment to this company.
