I ordered a free weight loss/ diet product online that wasn't free. During order, large pop up print should have to be shown reminding customers to call & cancel at any time "Otherwise credit card will be charged x number of days from order in the amount of x, & next product will be sent out x date" - the future amounts & charges & delivery should have to be made clear- not hidden- to avoid customer hassle of calling company for return product forms & cancellations & stressful charges. I called my credit card company, the gave me this company's phone number & recommended I call & cancel & ask for return product forms to send back the product. I did that, asked the company for credits, they put me on hold & after a couple calls credited back a little over half of all my charges ($122.18 of $205.72) & claimed they cancelled my account. There was still $83.54 in lost charges I wanted back so I waited for the product return forms. They never came.I called my credit card company & they were nice enough to credit the remaining $83.54 to my credit card. I want other consumers to not have to go through all this hassle. There should be large print warnings outlining next product delivery & charge if consumer does not call to cancel. They should be large enough warnings like on cigarette packages. This company rotates their phone numbers & their po box numbers. My credit card company 'Td Canada Trust''s loss prevention department said they are very familiar with this company & deal with them every day. DO NOT order this product!!! Scam!!!
