I too received the same email. I called the number and it sounded like an office in India. I asked the person on the other end who he was and he said an attorney. I said, oh and where are you located. He ignored me and asked me for my case number. When I told him I was at work he said that I get it and call him back. I told him that I sure he would be able to look me up if I was in the system by my name. He said he couldn't help me and hung up. I called back and it immediately disconnected. I thought I would try one more time. The third was a charm. When I called again he answered the phone and pretended to be an answering machine. What a scam. They should be the ones prosecuted, not innocent people. Losers !!!
