I ordered a coach bag from the above web site on October 2, 2011. I think it's the authentic coach outlet as it claims in http://www.coachoutletustore.com/page.html?id=1. On October 8, 2011, I got the notification from Thai customs to pay import tax for $48. I went to ask for reduce the tax. On October 13, 2011 I got the bag from the post office after I paid for the tax. After I took a look at the bag, I didn't see the leather tag inside and many things look fake. I mailed (October 16,2011) to ask the merchandise about this, but no response as usual.

On November 1, I got my credit card statement. There is a transaction charged from BEIJING, China for CNY 550.16 which I think it's a credit card company's mistake because I never buy any thing from China. After I checked in detail, I realized that it's a bag purchase, made me sure that it's a fake bag (everyone knows about China's replicas). So I mailed again on November 1,

But later I found that my last mail I asked you about the bag I bought is authentic coach or not, but you never reponse (refer to your claim on web page : http://www.coachoutletustore.com/page.html?id=1 that your products are 100% authentic, so how can I do with this? and when I ordered in USD (total $82.88 exclude import tax I must pay about $33), it disappointed me so much. You make me to never trust any thing from China!!
