I ordered flowers for a memorial service to be delivered on 4/4/14. The flowers were never delivered. I e-mailed and received a response that their driver had an emergency and I was top priority that morning. The flowers were never delivered Saturday either. I e-mailed Sunday and received a response on Monday saying they no longer have a driver and the compressor went out at their other location and they have no fresh flowers and would refund my money within 10 days. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company after reading these complaints.
