I ordered this online for $159. When I received confirmation I saw that included was a recurring charge of $9.47 which had not been revealed to me prior to ordering. Within minutes of placing the order I called the customer service number to cancel the original order AND recurring charges. As soon as I told the representative that I wanted to cancel I was disconnected. I have tried multiple times since to contact the company but the phone numbers do not work.
I have received the original order, which I will be returning to sender, and also have been charged the first recurring charge. Both vendors have been blocked but I wonder how many times they will be changing vendor names.
