The info I was given to apply for the card was applying for Sgt Eric Charles ID# un/usarmy 009/16770 unamil posted at Sudan. Sent money to Port St Lucie Fl. Text question color answer blue. This from Maj Gen Joseph Donovan. Tracking # on western union receipt 603-910-1007. he is now requesting $900.00 for a flight ticket home stating the army will not fund his leave or way home.
