I ordered 2 18650 batteries and a charger to go with it. The website pretends to be in New Zealand even by using a www.batterychampion.co.nz New Zealand domain. Turns out the company is in Holland and shipped from Sweden. When the package arrived 3 weeks later the charger was missing. Their support people are more than useless and take an average of 3 days to reply. They claim the order has been split in half with a second package arriving any day. However no package arrived and I have received no communication from them apart from clearly false claims that the package is on its way. The shipping ID they gave me for this second package is indeed the ID of the one that arrived with the two batteries. No sign of the 44 Euro charger and no decent reply from their customer support. I asked for my money back, as they claim a money back guarantee, but bad luck, they just ignore my emails and declined the Paypal request for refund. This is the worst service I have received in over 20 years online shopping. As I myself have been involved in setting up many online shops for customers, I have to just wonder how bad this company is. I would rate them a -10 if I could. Terrible communication and no truthful advertisement on their website and clearly a fishing domain with www.batterychampion.co.nz pretending to be from New Zealand. Appalling!!!!
