They promised to send me a 14 day free sample if I paid $4.95 for shipping and handling. I never received my free sample and then I find out a couple of weeks later that they debited my account for $69.95 for a one month supply that I never agreed to. I've talked to them countless of times about my complaint and they would assure me that they would rush the order every time. Now when you call their number(1-800-535-0126) an answering machine comes on and you get a message saying that the number is temporairly unavailable. This has gone on for almost a month now... I'm frustrated and disappointed. I'd like to know how I can get a refund from these scammers...
