This is redundant. I already did this once. !. I ordered the trial Pothos Skin Care product. When it arrived there were no instructions, no phone numbers, no anything. I now wish to officially cancel the trial and not bill me with any merchandise again. My second issue deals with the lack of being able to get phone numbers. I don't know about you but my time is extremely important to me and I am sick and tired of wasting my time "on hold" or waiting for a live person. Very non customer related way of doing business. I also will contact the BBB if this isn't straitened out before my "free trial" runs out. Thank you, Charleen Riggs
