This company used malware disguised as Norton antivirus out of date pop up to pull victims in. The pop up is very convincing. As soon as you click on it they are in your computer. It asked me for a pin number which I didn't have. So I went to search results for comcast and they had their phone number in the results with comcast info. I thought I was speaking with a comcast rep. He told me that yes my norton was out of date and turned off and I had very bad viruses that needed to be removed at once. He was remotly manipulating my computer and that confirmed to me he was from comcast. But he was actually very accomplished lier. He then handed me off to the antivirus tech who removed my working Norton antivirus that failed to detect them as malware. So much for Norton. If it would have detected this as malware this wouldn't have happened. I thought about what had happened and called comcast and the were no help and knew nothing about the call. This company will pretend to be any company to fool you and make you think you are dealing with your provider. Thats why the con works so good. I'm puting this out here in hopes you don't get fooled.
