Absolutely furious I bought an item (swarovski tamia pierced earrings) from this website and thought it was pretty credible since the website layout is really professional. and two weeks later I receive an item that was not even worth 5 pence. at first I was absolutely shocked and confused and sent alot of emails and messages to a person called eva paul who in the beginning seemed really nice helpful. This is the initial message she sent me:

"Dear Customer,

We are really sorry for the trouble. What a shock! There must be something wrong. We never get this kind of customer complain. Could you do me a favor and send me the pictures of the product which you received. Thank you so much.

Best Wishes
Eva"

following this i did send her pictures and she didn't reply to me for about 10 days. during this time became more and more panicked and kept sending pictures and then she replied with this.

"we are really sorry for the trouble, could you keep it,we will give you 10% off for your next any order, thank you so much"

What kind of joke is this? not even slightly professional. It was at this point I emailed her many times over asking her to refund me or send me the correct item. she would not reply until finally she replied with this:

"could you sell to your friends,we will give you 10% off for your next any order, thank you so much."

At this point I realized my efforts were in vain and so I have now called up my bank cancelled my card and ordered a new one to prevent them from using my account details and I will now speak to the fraud and dispute team
on monday to hopefully try and get my money back through the bank. Moral of the story do not trust these websites especially ones that have no contact number (to dial not email) and also have no secure payment methods such as paypal.
