I was informed by my bank on 3rd march 2014 of a debit of 159.99 dollars by new power incomes. I have since spoken to them on 877-2666407 and they claim that the debit has been reversed. As at today 4th April 2014, I am yet to get the refund. The numbers and e-mail with which I contacted them earlier no longer work. The number is answered by an automated service which says that they no longer receive calls. The e-mail addresses with which they responded to me are now also not receiving mails. a delivery failure message is returned when I send e-mails
