I received a call from a person named MCDANIELS, He said he have summons to deliver, He knew a lot of my personal info, even SSN and car plate. He said if I need to rescheduled I can call the law firm of DELAWARE AND ASSOCIATES.

My lawyer called the number above and they said they don't have anybody with by the name of MCDANIELS and they haven't try to contact me.
My question is who is running the SCAM? Delaware and associates or MCDANIEL??? Be aware he is asking for two Identification Forms!!!!
