Contacted by individual claiming he represents Delaware and Associates and he is ordered to serve summons if I didn't contact then,I called spoke w/Lisa Perkins she tells me$1950 payday loan from 8yrs ago.she can't provide any details or contact info from"creditor" but will take settlement for$1000 by credit card or green dot card or through my checking account,I wasn't born yesterday so I looked into this.there is no company info, contact info for said company, tried reverse phone number and it doesn't come back as such.my opinion yes I had a loan, yes it was paid 7+yrs ago, no I don't owe these people anything.
