I ordered the free trial, I knew I was being charged $4.95. Upon asking my Dr. further question, he advised me to not take the product. I called a rep and she continued to tell me about the % she would give me to continue taking the product. I told her over and over again it wasn't about the money, it was about my health. Finally she said, she would need to charge my acct $9.95 anyway since the product was worth $89.00, they needed to charge something. I said but this was my FREE trial offer, it didn't matter! I explained that THIS is why they receive bad reviews...horrible customer service, beware!!!
