There were 2 transactions from my account both worth $160 Australian dollar for Garcinia Cambogia capsules, 10 bottles in total. Totaling $320. I DID NOT ORDER THIS!
When my bank statement arrived at the end of March I quickly noticed the purchases and sent an email to Hampton Naturals. An auto response was sent with a contact phone number. I rang the number only to be mucked around by the lady on the other end. I told her these purchases were not made by myself or a family member. She said the order had been sent and can not be modified. Its been 30 days since the so called purchase (shipping was supposed to be a max of 14 days according to the lady on the phone) I have not received the products. When I said I wanted a refund she offered me 25% back. To which I said no. After researching more about the company I see they are scammers. I am going to the bank today to see if they can help with the situation. Can anyone help me with other advice as to how I get my money back.
