I sent the following enquire email:-

Please can I ask when I might receive my order? Your web-site says that it takes 4 - 6 weeks for shoes to be made, but it has now been 15 weeks since I placed my order on 11th November 2013.

(I had not made an enquiry until the above date, firstly allowing for a few extra weeks to give a little Latin lea-way, and thereafter as my Father then passed away after a protracted period of illness, on Feb. 5th).

This email was followed by 6 or 7 more sent from within their web site, and from my gmail account, to both the email address listed on their web site, including an additional message sent from someone else making a general retail enquire, to see if the company responded, (which they did not).

I have not received the items ordered, and have not received any reply from the vendor to any of my requests for a response.

I did watch this companies web site for about a year, before I ventured to place an order, and did receive communications from them when I placed the order, (their web site still lists my order number, and the details of my order).
