Your Product (anti-aging) was never requested, and there was never an intent to purchase this product (RVLT Anti-aging) from Phoenix Labs.
The first shipment in January was believed to be a gift from a friend and my wife opened it and used it. The second shipment also in January my wife also opened and used a portion of the cream. The third and forth shipments in February and March were never opened.
Only recently did I realize that these products were being charged against my Master Card (ending in 0008). We errored in opening and using some of the product. We have never received any documentation on the sale, no account number, and no indication that we were even signed up for this product. We have no account #, no email address, no telephone number for a customer service contact, e.t.c. I would like to return the unused product, (to where) and receive a refund for the last two charges on my credit card. I would also like email or mail confirmation that any account associated with my credit card, me, or my wife have been closed/cancelled and no more product will be shipped to us.
I have recently spoken with RVTLSKIM customer service and found that hidden within your website was some nasty conditions which my wife was not made aware of. Any self-respecting company would not hide behind deceptive wording and hidden “terms and conditions.” We are old and retired on fixed income. It would have been appropriate for you to clearly spell out the terms and conditions for the $4.95 sample and state up front that it was conditional upon a cancellation within 14 days. This is a disgrace to all of us and a clear indication of deception and fraud and preying on unsuspecting people to satisfy your GREED and unscrupulous business practices. There are hundreds of complaints regarding this scam of yours. It is really too bad that I cannot retaliate some way to cause you financial suffering like most of us have to deal with.
The terms and conditions specify conditions of return albeit hidden away. I have made a major concession to your greed and accepted a $50 refund on the latest shipment in lieu of paying return postage and a $26 restocking fee. Just another way for you to cheat honest, hard working folks out of money to feed your GREED.
