We ordered a dress from romaticprom. During the order process, they responded favorably to all email communication. When the dress arrived, it was not the color we ordered. When we attempted to resume communication regarding an exchange or return, all correspondence stopped. There is no phone number, no return address and no customer service contact. Do not order from this company or you will regret it
