I just saw this company through online and began filling the assesment the night before they called me the following day.The next day I recieve a call from the company by the name Canadian Visa The guy introduce himself name as Ben Cooper so entertain him.During our conversation I was been ask regarding my educational background ,work experience , monthly salary ,etc.without knowing that he will ask my regarding the payment I was hesitant to pay such amount of 455 dollars , I was trying to turn down the conversation because I dont know whom Im dealing with, first thing that went through my mind that it was scam but then i did not told him directly that im not 100 %sure instead I made an excuse that i have an incoming call at work that I cannot refuse ,he insisted to me that he already consume a lot time and there is no way we can cancel the transaction I told him that I have no amount of that money because I am sending financial support to my home country. So what he did he pass the phone to his manager if what they called it Amanda Williams so we spend nearly an hour talking why I am backing out so I said I am not sure whether I am going to pay such amount because I dont have sufficient balance in my card .From that moment I was pushed to tell them honestly that I cannot fully trust them because theres a lot of scam happening so i was having a second thought ,I think the lady was very professional and knows how to deal the situation, she was very sweet and very accurate about the service that they offer and informed about how good is the Canada to settle for future.Until I dont know how I was convinced she ask me about my card details so I gave to her and what she did she confirm first with my bank to start the transaction .The amount of 387$was deducted to my account because she said that she gave me discount of 66 usd for the total amount of 455 usd that is why it was cut down to 387$ She gave the unique number in case I would like to see the package online through their website. Another transaction was been made in the same month January 23 in the morning ,the guy named Mike Reiss claims himself as immigration service department called me up and telling me that I am qualified for Monitoba provincial program which I dont know that he will ask for the amount of $1024 . I told him that him that I cannot paid such amount because I am just expecting on montly basis salary .He told me that at least even on a small amount I can pay so again gave my card details and $99 was been deducted through my account he also mentioned to me that if I was not able to pay in full it will automatically deducted to my card.He advice me to take English test which in which he told me as part of the requirements.Suddenly a few months later i recieved a text message from my bank that my card was been blocked for security reasons so I went personally to the bank and explained to them what really happen that I have a transaction to this company (Canadian Visa expert). They advised me not to give my account details to everyone as this is strictly confidential to avoid fraud. So I double check if this company is a scam they say yes. Now they started harrasing and asking me the balance in which they said that I agreed to terms and conditions of the payment. Or else they will take on legal action kindly advice what should I do.?
