Facebook advertisement for Lumera and LaDermanque offer a trail of their products for 4.95. I ordered Lumera after the order was submitted the second product was offered for eyes. I ordered. 20 days later my credit card had two charges of 88.76. I called the company. They explain to me that inside the Terms and agreements in a product trail states if you do not return the product in 15 days they will charge your credit card. Of course terms and agreements are a separate small print box. I returned Lumera Totoal and La Dermique products both ordered from same web site and both are at the same shipping address. They state they are two different companies although they have same address and advertise together. LaDerminque refunded 70% my money in full stating no issues after saying they had not received the correct product initially. I asked to speak with a supervisor at that time the customer service rep comes back to the line suddenly stating they had received it and would refund. However, Lumera total refund all of my money after debating they had not received the products in Returns. It seems to be a scam. A product should have the price and intent of the company not hidden.
