I signed a contract and submitted a collateral payment of $498 on 3/14 for a $5000 loan. Terms were explained at 12% 36 months with the first payment $166.07 being due on April 14th.

I never received a penny, as a matter of fact after more than a dozen calls, 2 request for my money back I was told (7 business days later) that my funds were being held by the Gov't and I should pay an additional $500 to have them released.

I received an email on 3/18 from Samantha Gray with the title Legal Department, according to Patrick Hughes she is a loan specialist. My contract is signed by James M Roberts and he signed CEO, PRESIDENT but according to Patrick Hughes he is a financial advisor.

I was presented the contract by Nancy Cooper, she followed up constantly but after I did the western union transfer I'm having to call, no one returns my calls nor replies to my emails.

Update: 03/26/2014

I have the contract however it has personal information on it that I don't want shown to the public.
