Deal flag sent a text in September 2013, that I requested their services, which was not true. I called the number and they called me back and agreed to cancel. But the charge of $9.99 remained and were paid through T-Mobile. They did this again in February 2014, and I was told by T-Mobile that this was a new agreement and they charged $9.99 again. I called again to cancel and am waiting for a call back, as the the number they they list is not their firm, but a general call center. How do I stop this from going on and on?
