Paid for a pre-paid order of GBP 19.99 to unlock my iphone. Waited for more than two months and finally got information that i need to pay full balance of GBP 41 to complete the unlock process. Went on to procee with payment to no avail as it seems their system is having problem. Tried to contact the merchant, finally succeeeded after so many tries on to be ask by one of the staff for me to give out my card number so he can do the payment process on-line. I didn't obligue for security reason. Had sent multiple emails asking for help but no reply. I'm not sure if it's a scam but if it is, it has to be stopped in some way. The money spent for a pre-order unlock of iphone can't be refunded as per their terms and condition which is no good.
