International boundaries

This is version 2.0 of Collectors PBA (http://collectors-pba.com/) which I exposed last month. Compare that web page to http://www.7bstar.com/home.html

They have essentially copied their old web page, and changed some telephone numbers. The "Testimonials" are the same as on Collectors PBA. The photographs are phoney. They did the same thing on Collectors PBA. The 7BStar website has been active for only 11 days. That should tell you something.

The scam is they have buyers in China who will buy your stamps. They have obtained a contact list from a company who sells stamps. When they find a "buyer" for any of you stamps, you are asked to put up a $2,000 plus or minus deposit so the transaction can take place.

If you are contacted, get the telephone number and name of the person who called you. Then contact the Attorney General of your state and the FBI.
