Ordered free trial, paying for shipping. The free trial was only free if you cancel in 15 days from when it is ordered. I was charged $84.87 before the 15 day period was over and thought it was for the next shipment. I called and said I had not had a chance to use the product enough to make an assessment of its efficacy so she put my order on an every 2 month period. The person I spoke to said she would then charge 1/2 price for future orders. I said ok. I was charged again in January $42.99 and received another bottle in February. It was not clear when I ordered that the free trial wasn't free. I would have cancelled immediately if I understood what a scam I was getting involved.
