I paid $3.87 shipping charges for their trial 7 day offer. I called and cancelled within the trial time-frame and was told to return the complete kit unopened, to avoid being charged for it. What? I figured what I received from them (2 unit packages) was the trial product so my husband and I both used the product. There wasn't any left when I called to cancel my trial. When I told them this, they said "well, just return the empty product package." What? Who keeps empty product containers? It was tossed into the trash, where trash belongs! Sure enough, on my next credit card statement was their $92.13 charge. When I called them about it, they said (in my wording)" too bad, you snoose, you lose." They are unethical scammers. Avoid this company like the plague.
