I have applied for a loan at loans direct on a 11/3/14 borrowing 150 £ when they was offering me many kind of loan offers then i actually found out that loans direct is not the lender just the membership company who is dealing with loans etc,after a a week i have noticed that some transactions went through my bank account that i didn't authorize the fist one is CREDITMAZE BOURNEMOUTH GB and the second is LOANS DIRECT they have charged me in total of 137.52 i was so angry when i found who charged me that i would break something in the house so i went to my bank immediately and told them about this fraud transaction they wasn't kind of helpful they said they are not dealing with loan brokers they dont have license to contact these companies and told me to call on my own to these companies and talk to them. I contacted the loans direct and told them about this they said i paid for membership which i didnt know so i cancelled the account with them and requested a full refund so they get back to me. The last problem is the credit maze which i don't have any relevant information no contact number, no address nothing does anyone knows who they are or have same problem? please help. thanks
