Placed an order for some Converse high tops on 7th March, when payment was completed there was no confirmation email, and I have yet to receive anything. When I attempted to search for the site and follow it up, the site was unavailable for 3 days. It is now online again, and I have received no correspondence after several emails to the 'contact me' tab.
