My partner ordered 50 TV sets of different brands and 50 kitchen appliances of various brands. That company was responding to emails regularly until I made the bank transfer of the above amount to their bank, and they then disappeared. At first, they gave him a Bank of America account, which was found out to be closed. They then gave him another Bank of America account, and this time the funds went through. After that, they stopped responding to my emails, and when he tried to access their website, he found out that it no longer worked.

He has all the necessary docs that support his complaint. How can you help him get back his money from those people? Please let me know.

Update: 03/24/2014

I meant to say that in the second time, they gave him a Chase Bank account, and this time the money went through.
