I ordered two skin care products for £2.99 each and was led to believe it was on a special 30 offer. I have just discovered that they have taken £95 from my account. How can I get this back and how can I stop them from taking any more?
Update: 03/23/2014
I now realise they have taken a further £89, without my consent. I have informed my bank and stopped my card but will I be able to get all this money back?
