i ordered and paid for a dvd collection advertised price was $57.99 they direct debit my account for $61.29 on the 1/24/2014 i didnt hear from them until i sent an email on the 2/18/2014 asking where my order was kimberlyweis sent one back saying there was a delay but has now been sent allow 8 to 12 working days i waited still nuffing sent another email on the 3/2/2014 no reply on the 3/5/2014 i recieved my order..... but i got the collection i ordered but only burnt copies and these were copied from soapnet.com then burnt on the discs adds included some dics dont have anything on them and freezers in some episodes of other saopies on this network i asked for the orginals to be or a refund but no reply has been sent as yet.i thought i was buying from a leagal buisness not a scam merchant this dvdpearl .com site should be taken off the net before others get done like me
