Early March I agreed to fill out a survey on the web and would get one of three free prizes. Saw the ad to get a free ecig starter kit for cost of S&H of $5.95 and agreed to that. It arrived, tried it and din't like it. March 16 two packs of electronic filters arrive and I call the company and find out I have had my card debited $99.95. I speak to someone in the company who informs me that this was an automatic payment and I told him that it was fraud and that they had used my card without my authorization. He tried to make me pay for shipping the product back and I told him the only thing authorized by me was the $5.95 S&H. He then tried to get me to agree to the charge on my card, then offered to refund $50 and the balance when I shopped back the cartridges, which I would have to pay for. I told him that either he charged back the whole amount right now or I would contact my card co and have them reverse the charges. They sent an authorization code but I will contact the card co, as I would not trust this co one inch.
