my Citi credit card was debited on Oct. 23 and again on Oct.23 2011 for the above publications which I did not order. I have tried to contact them by email and by telephone. When I reached a number by telephone, no one was available so I left my name and home telephone #. No one has yet to return my call.

- My credit card was charged $99.00 yesterday when I cancelled over 4 Months ago! I cancelled the subscription the very day I received their newsletter. Unbelievable the way they think everyone is so stupid. I guess they just throw it up against the wall and say "let's see what sticks". I left three messages with them and have not received a phone call back.

- I was also charged the $99.00 on my credit card. I signed up for a $9.99 trial subscription for the publication, was actually charged the $99.00!! When I called the customer service line to cancel and ask for a refund I was put on eternal hold. I called the number listed above, and was told to leave name and number. I did, and am still waiting for a callback. I'll keep you posted......Lee
