I have gone to the bank to get my children's money and there was£120 taken out my account I search for a loan several weeks ago but never got accepted I later found out that this company charges £69.72 so I rang them back and cancelled and they took the money from my account today along with another company zoo loans they have taken £49 some thing they are ment to be doing a refund between 1-30 days they said they would send me a cancellation form via email
They sent it but there is nothing to fill in I tried credit maze phone number when u ring it there is music playing and no one answer I can't even go and get any food for us to eat my children are Hungary please someone I need help
