I was signed up for a Newsmax trial for 1.99. It was a lot of fear-based info which I immediately knew I had no interest. I cancelled all of it immediately and did not authorize a subscription for 49.00. I have notified my bank, left 7 messages with the Franklin Prosperity and emailed Franklin Prosperity. I have not received a reply. I will go to the Attorney General of my state if I do not receive a refund. The AG here has an online form and they are very responsive.

- I would like to add that I called the Franklin Prosperity about 30 times over and over and I put it on Speakerphone, after about an hour, I got a real person who said the charge would be removed in 7 to 10 days. It took about an hour redialing and redialing and waiting with music cutting in and out. I assume this is a tactic to make people give up and not pursue a refund.
