so i wanted to get tickets to the joe bonamassa concert at the wang center in boston ma. I clicked on purchase tickets.. found some that were reasonable and placed the order. On Tuesday november 1, 2011 I received a call from a woman saying that i would be recieving a 100 gas coupon. and then she said that my credit card would be charged 29.99 every month to be on some savings program. SCAM! Then some "quality controller got on the line asking me for my cc # and such. I told him that I didn't have the card on me and he said that's ok any card will do. I hung up on him immediately and then later in the day I recieved my tickets and the face value was 10 less than the price I paid. I paid 59 bucks for each ticket and a service charge of 13.57 each and then a 15 dollar shipping fee. for a grand total of 160!!! WTF! So I looked at the tickets and they weren't even purchased by me or my cc. some other name was on the tickets!!! I tried to call them to ask what the hell was going on. I was on hold for 45 minutes got disconnected twice when I refused the call back option. I am soo pissed right now and now I'm scared that the tickets are fake! anyone else have this problem? The people are scumbags.
