I ordered some Raspberry Ketones that were free all I had to pay for was a delivery charge of £4:95. I have had two amounts taken out of my account one on the 10 Feb 2014 of £95:00 and one on the 26 Feb 2014 for £99:95. I am retired and cannot afford to lose this amount of money, it has made me feel sick. How do I get this money back?
